This Casual LPN role involves delivering primary health services to a diverse patient population. You will engage in assessments, care implementations, and referrals, while documenting all aspects of patient care. The position allows you to work within an interdisciplinary team to enhance service delivery in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver primary care and addiction services in collaboration

• Perform thorough health assessments and evaluations

• Document nursing care in patients' health records

• Conduct health promotion and education sessions

• Maintain compliance with BCCNM practice standards

Requirements:

• Graduate of a recognized Licensed Practical Nursing program

• Active registration with BCCNM required

• Minimum two years’ nursing experience desired

• Current CPR-HCP Certification necessary

• Openness to continuous learning and training
