Registered Nurse for Primary Care Team

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate care solutions for patients facing chronic issues

Requirements:

• BC College of Nurses registration as an RN or RPN

• Recent experience in community health

• Knowledge of mental health legislation

• Ability to perform crisis interventions

• Proficiency in working within multidisciplinary teams
