As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide holistic care to patients, ensuring adherence to minimum Nurse to Patient Ratios. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct nursing assessments for acute medicine
• Implement and evaluate personalized care plans
• Facilitate patient discharge and health education
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing care
• Work with healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
• Registration as a nurse with BCCNM
• Minimum one year of medical/surgical experience
• Comprehensive understanding of patient care protocols
• Proficiency in nursing assessments and interventions
• Skills in managing respiratory and IV therapies
