Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments in emergencies

• Stabilize and resuscitate multi-trauma patients

• Participate actively in disaster response team activities

• Consult with diverse healthcare professionals for patient care

• Engage in ongoing education and enhance nursing skills

Requirements:

• Active registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives

• Minimum two years of medical/surgical experience preferred

• Completed or willing to undertake post-basic training

• Commitment to an 18-month tenure at VCH post-training

• Strong leadership and communication skills
