Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care based on LPN standards

• Run comprehensive patient assessments and report changes

• Administer non-IV medications adhering to guidelines

• Plan and document nursing interventions and strategies

• Support patient education and family involvement in care

Requirements:

• Graduation from a recognized Practical Nurse program

• Registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses

• Current basic cardiac life support certification

• Capability to work collaboratively in a team

• Solid physical ability to perform necessary duties
