As an RPN at Cogir, you will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team, focusing on building trusting relationships while performing clinical assessments and documenting care plans. Your expertise will support both residents and unregulated providers through effective communication and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide goal-directed nursing care adhering to standards

• Assess and evaluate resident care plans

• Coach unregulated care staff in daily activities

• Document all clinical assessments accurately

• Foster trusting relationships with residents and families

Requirements:

• Valid RPN registration in the applicable province

• Demonstrated clinical experience with seniors

• Current First Aid and Basic Cardiac Life Support certification

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
