Key Responsibilities:

• Perform health assessments and patient follow-ups

• Triage and guide patients with urgent needs

• Develop and evaluate patient care plans

• Ensure adherence to current health guidelines

• Maintain communication with interdisciplinary team members

Requirements:

• BScN with a valid Nursing Diploma in BC

• Active RN certification with no disciplinary actions

• Three years of clinical nursing experience

• Up-to-date First Aid/CPR certification

• Completion of BC CDC immunization course is preferred
