In this temporary position, you will work under the coordination of the Critical Care Manager, focusing on stable patients with predictable outcomes.

Your role involves comprehensive patient assessment, planning, and implementation of care while fostering education for patients and their families. Commitment to ongoing education and organizational tasks is crucial, ensuring a high standard of care across the unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and manage patient care assignments effectively

• Plan, implement, and evaluate care strategies

• Educate patients, families, and healthcare staff

• Actively participate in quality improvement efforts

• Comply with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Accredited nursing program graduate

• College of Nurses of Ontario registered

• Two years of recent acute nursing experience

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
