Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) invites applications for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on the Emergency team at UBC Hospital in Vancouver, BC. The LPN will collaborate with the care team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions for the Emergency Department's patient population.
Responsibilities include discharge planning, patient advocacy, health promotion, documentation, and coordinating with RN, physicians, and other staff to ensure safe, efficient care.
