VCH is hiring a Registered Nurse to join their Interventional Radiology team at Vancouver General Hospital. This position requires strong clinical skills in a high-pressure environment, allowing you to support patients of all ages, especially those in critical condition. Your collaboration with medical staff and dedication to best practices will enhance care quality and patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure high standards of care during imaging and procedures
• Assist in the execution of interventional radiology tasks
• Provide direct support and comfort to patients
• Tackle unpredictable workloads and emergency situations
• Engage in teamwork with the Medical Imaging team
Requirements:
• Active BC nursing license
• Two years of recent nursing in acute care environments
• Successful completion of advanced nursing training
• Availability for on-call duties as required
• Commitment to a minimum of 18 months with VCH
