• Triage and assess patient care needs within 24 hours

• Serve as a resource for the interdisciplinary team

Requirements:

• Current RN registration with the BCCNM

• Minimum two years of relevant clinical experience

• Strong critical thinking and communication skills

• Knowledge of evidence-based clinical practices in primary care

• Ability to provide culturally safe care
