The salary range for this position is CAD $49.20/Hr.
- CAD $63.47/Hr.
The hours of work, including start and stop times, days off, work area and work site may be subject to change consistent with operations requirements and applicable provisions of the Collective Agreement and statutes. Testing may be required.

Lead, Educate, and Inspire in the OR!
We are hiring a CNL/CNE for the Surgical Procedure Room l's Hospital. Our Surgical Procedure Room handles minor surgical procedures that include orthopaedics, plastics, and vascular.
As a Clinical Nurse Leader/Nurse Educator, you'll be at the forefront of coordinating day-to-day operations within the Operating Room department and supervising staff.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a clinical resource to nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members in the provision of direct care to patients.
- Assisting in the promotion of research and quality improvement initiatives within the program.
- Providing visible, accessible clinical support to the nursing staff as an education resource for staff in the clinical areas.
- Developing, implementing and evaluating educational programs for nursing staff and patients/families.
- Performing direct nursing care as required.

You Bring
Education
- You must be a registered nurse in Canada in good standing and be eligible for registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
- Qualifications required of staff nurse in the operating room area.
- Three years of recent related experience in perioperative nursing, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Skills and Abilities

- Demonstrated knowledge and ability to perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) procedures appropriate for the area of service.
