Vancouver Coastal Health is hiring a Home Support Supervisor to coordinate care within their Vancouver, BC, team. This role combines clinical supervision with strategic planning and resource management. You’ll train staff, develop schedules, and ensure compliance with health practices, making a direct impact on community health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily activities of home support staff
• Coordinate service planning with the Program Manager
• Train staff on protocols and new procedures
• Analyze financial data for budget reporting
• Ensure adherence to BCCNM nursing standards
Requirements:
• Completed Licensed Practical Nurse program
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience
• Current BCCNM registration required
• BC Class “V” Driver’s License needed
• Strong communication and leadership skills
