This role l’s Hospital involves working with critical patients across various units, including ICU, CICU, and CSICU. You will be responsible for creating and implementing individualized care plans while adhering to best practices. Your ability to educate patients and collaborate with healthcare colleagues will be essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient assessments through various methodologies
• Create and assess individualized care plans
• Advocate for patient-centered education and referrals
• Maintain comprehensive patient records throughout care
• Collaborate with team members to enhance care delivery
Requirements:
• Current registration with the BC College of Nurses
• Completion of a critical care postgraduate course or similar experience
• Strong communication skills for effective patient interaction
