Position: Staff Nurse for Neonatal Care
Join Providence Health Care as a Staff Nurse in the NICU, where you will provide specialized care for newborns. This position focuses on comprehensive patient assessments and care planning.

l’s Hospital, we are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse dedicated to neonatal care. You will assess, implement, and evaluate care for infants, working within an interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and reassess infant care plans for effectiveness

• Implement nursing interventions based on best practices

• Educate patients and families on care procedures

• Assist colleagues with patient care support and guidance

• Document patient progress and report changes accurately

Requirements:

• Registration as a Registered Nurse with BCCNM

• 1-2 years of relevant medical/surgical experience preferred

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse patients

• Capability to manage crisis situations
