Position: Full-Time Nurse at Hope to Health Clinic
The Hope to Health Clinic is hiring a full-time nurse to provide compassionate primary care in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside. Work within a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient health outcomes.

In this role, you will engage with diverse populations, perform health assessments, and implement care plans in collaboration with team members. Candidates should hold registration with the BC College of Nurses and have experience in primary care, specializing in HIV or addictions. Training in venipuncture and other clinical tasks is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and assess patients' health needs

• Organize and document care plans meticulously

• Coordinate with professionals for comprehensive care

• Teach clients about self-care and health management

• Facilitate team meetings and support initiatives

Requirements:

• Registration with BCCNM as an RN or RPN

• 2+ years of experience in relevant health settings

• Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally safe practices

• Ability to conduct venipuncture and CPR

• Strong communication skills for patient education
