Your responsibilities will include performing client health assessments, managing wound care, and educating clients about their treatments. This supportive role emphasizes clinical excellence and effective communication with patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized wound care and dressing changes

• Perform client health evaluations and care assessments

• Document treatment actions and patient responses accurately

• Collaborate effectively with the care management team

• Provide education on skin care and infection control

Requirements:

• Registered with BCCNM as an RN or LPN

• Demonstrated experience in wound management

• CPR/First Aid certification current

• Clear Vulnerable Sector Check required

• Reliable vehicle access and smartphone for documentation
