As a NICU Registered Nurse with Providence Health Care, you will play an integral role in assessing and addressing the comprehensive needs of infants and their families. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient status and determine care needs
• Develop and implement detailed nursing care plans
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members
• Monitor patient outcomes and adapt care as needed
• Provide critical intervention when necessary
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse status with the BC College of Nurses
• Two years’ recent experience in maternity care
• Current neonatal resuscitation certification
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Capability to work well within a team
