Salary
The salary range for this position is CAD $32.84/Hr.
- CAD $41.35/Hr.
The hours of work, including start and stop times, days off, work area and work site may be subject to change consistent with operations requirements and applicable provisions of the Collective Agreement and statutes.

Join Providence Health Care as a LPN working in our GI Clinic and be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team committed to delivering compassionate, patient- and family-centred care.
You’ll assess patients and contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care, supporting their physical, social, spiritual, and psychological needs. Using your clinical judgment, you’ll recognize changes in patient condition, identify when care needs or acuity fall outside the LPN scope of practice, and engage the RN for collaborative support or clinical intervention when appropriate.
As an important member of the care team, you’ll provide hands-on nursing and personal care in accordance with established policies, procedures, standards, and unit-specific protocols. You’ll also communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and the broader multidisciplinary team, participate in care conferences and team meetings, and contribute to continuity and coordination of care.
Beyond direct patient care, you’ll help foster a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for patients, families, visitors, and colleagues. You may also support the orientation of new staff and students, respond to and report incidents in accordance with established procedures, and assist with clerical responsibilities as required.

You Bring
Education, Training, and Experience
- Graduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurses or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) as a practicing LPN registrant.
- Current basic cardiac life support certification.
- Advanced preparation in GI Endoscopy that includes completion of recognized post-basic education in gastroenterology/GI endoscopy nursing and a certificate of completion from the Association of Perioperative Registered Nurses (AORN) in gastroenterology, or an equivalent combination of education, training and…
