Key Responsibilities:
• Complete resident clinical care assessments accurately
• Modify and evaluate care/service plans as needed
• Assist with resident care conference logistics
• Support the Director of Care with move-ins and transfers
• Provide direct care and administer medications
Requirements:
• Practical Nurse Diploma and current registration
• Background in senior care preferred
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness to secure a current Vulnerable Sector Check
