Crosstown Clinic is a leading substance use treatment facility in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside. We are seeking Registered Nurses and Registered Psychiatric Nurses who are passionate about making a difference. You will provide vital care to clients experiencing substance dependence, using evidence-based practices within a supportive, interdisciplinary environment to ensure comprehensive client well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor client conditions and respond to health crises
• Collaborate with care teams for effective service delivery
• Maintain thorough documentation of care activities
• Coach and educate clients on treatment options
• Support quality improvement initiatives within the clinic
Requirements:
• Current registration as a Nurse in British Columbia
• Proficient communication skills for patient interaction
• Experience with CPR in healthcare settings
• Ability to navigate interdisciplinary teamwork
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
