You will work under the Director of Care, responsible for the daily nursing of residents, improving their well-being through tailored care plans and assessments.
Your role involves close interaction with residents and families while ensuring safe and effective nursing practices in collaboration with a dedicated healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct admissions and ongoing evaluations of residents
• Design nursing care plans with collaborative goals
• Report any safety concerns or near-misses immediately
• Provide direct nursing care, including essential ADLs
• Facilitate accurate medication dispensing using eMAR technology
Requirements:
• Accredited School of Nursing graduation required
• One year of relevant experience required
• Long Term Care / Gerontology specialization necessary
• Basic Life Support and First Aid certifications needed
• Preferred experience with PCC systems
