This nursing role encompasses providing holistic care through thorough patient assessments and evidence-based interventions. Work with a dedicated team to coordinate treatments and ensure the highest standards of mental health care amid the exciting transition to the upcoming St.
Paul’s Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient health
• Create and adapt individualized care plans
• Implement therapeutic nursing interventions and group sessions
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care
• Engage in quality improvement and educational initiatives
Requirements:
• Valid registration with the BC College of Nurses
• Recent experience in psychiatry or mental health
• Strong communication skills for effective patient interaction
• Expertise in crisis response and CPR
• Ability to mentor and guide nursing colleagues
