VCH is looking for a Registered Nurse with expertise in critical care to support patients with complex conditions. Eligible candidates should have around two years of recent medical/surgical experience and complete the BCIT Critical Care Nursing Specialty Program.
Your role ensures the delivery of skillful, compassionate care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer care to patients recovering from surgery
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for optimal outcomes
• Maintain high clinical standards and nursing competence
• Contribute to research and committees as directed
• Offer insights to enhance patient quality of life
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with valid BC license
• Two years of acute medical/surgical nursing experience
• Commitment to at least 18 months at VCH post-training
• Proactive engagement in learning opportunities
• Adherence to health and vaccination requirements
