In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive healthcare in a supportive, interdisciplinary clinic environment. As a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse, you'll work with clients facing challenges related to substance use and mental health. Your two years of clinical experience will be crucial in implementing care plans and collaborating across healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct care and supportive counseling to clients
• Establish care plans tailored to individual client needs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for effective service delivery
• Perform health assessments with a harm reduction focus
• Maintain documentation of client care and interventions
Requirements:
• Registration as a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse
• Two years of relevant clinical nursing experience
• Understanding of community health and harm reduction
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse healthcare environment
