As a Clinical Nurse Leader/Nurse Educator, this regular full-time position emphasizes operational oversight and staff development in the Operating Room. You will implement educational programs, provide hands-on training, and enhance the professional capabilities of nursing staff while addressing patient needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Surgical Procedure Room operations and staff
• Train and mentor nursing staff on clinical protocols
• Develop educational resources and programs
• Collaborate on care strategies with multidisciplinary teams
• Support and promote research initiatives
Requirements:
• Must hold a valid Canadian RN license
• Minimum three years of perioperative experience
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Proficient in CPR and adult education
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
