In this Registered Nurse position, you'll assess and manage patients requiring urgent attention within 24 hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide triage and assessments for urgent patient needs

• Work collaboratively with healthcare providers for comprehensive care

• Apply chronic disease management principles in patient care

• Evaluate nursing interventions and adjust care plans as necessary

• Educate patients and families on health management strategies

Requirements:

• Active RN license with BCCNM

• Two years of pertinent clinical nursing experience

• Expertise in primary care and patient-centered approaches

• Proficiency in evidence-based nursing principles

• Capacity to deliver culturally competent care
