Working part-time and temporarily, you’ll be under the guidance of the Resident Care Manager, delivering comprehensive nursing services to long-term care patients. Your skills in CPR, assessment, and conflict resolution will be critical as you support residents’ needs and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute individualized care based on established plans
• Conduct thorough assessments and report findings
• Prepare and assist patients for various procedures
• Maintain medication protocols and monitor reactions
• Advocate for patient needs in care planning sessions
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing program
• Valid LPN registration with BC College of Nurses
• Current cardiac life support certification
• Capable of performing nursing duties physically
• Strong ability to prioritize and resolve conflicts
