As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will engage with clients and their families, utilizing a client and family-centered care approach while executing practical nursing duties within your specialty area. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations
• Document nursing care activities and treatment plans
• Offer support and education to patients and families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams effectively
• Uphold clinical standards mandated by BCCNM
Requirements:
• Graduated from an accredited Practical Nurse program
• Active registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives
• Competency in communication and teamwork
• Organizational skills to manage workload effectively
• Ability to perform physically demanding nursing tasks
