As a member of the Long Term Care team, your primary responsibility will be to offer comprehensive educational services, mentoring nursing staff, and developing learning programs. The role calls for a registered nursing professional with three years of relevant experience, particularly in clinical education and group dynamics. You will also engage in strategic planning with interdisciplinary teams to meet educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor nursing staff and enhance educational practices
• Develop and assess clinical education programs
• Collaborate with other clinical educators to address challenges
• Measure learning outcomes and adjust strategies
• Participate in strategic planning and goal achievement
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse or Psychiatric Nurse accreditation in BC
• Minimum three years of related nursing experience
• Significant experience in client education
• Valid BC Driver's License is advantageous
• Comprehensive knowledge of teaching methodologies
