In this role, you will serve as a Case Manager, requiring a Registered Nurse status with BCCNM. Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate client health and case needs

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with current credentials from BCCNM
• Three years’ relevant nursing experience
• Personal vehicle and valid BC Driver’s License
