You will provide nursing care as part of a multidisciplinary team, focusing on client-centered approaches. Key Responsibilities:
• Execute individualized nursing care according to established protocols
• Assess patient conditions; communicate relevant changes
• Provide medications and patient education
• Assist with orientation and support for new team members
• Engage in care planning and advocate for residents
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Practical Nurse program
• Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives
• Basic cardiac life support certification required
• Knowledge of CPR procedures and nursing competencies
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
