Your role is integral to preventing unnecessary hospital admissions while delivering expert care in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized nursing care to renal patients in an outpatient setting

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team for patient-centered care

• Educate patients about treatment plans and health management

• Monitor patient status and adjust care plans as necessary

• Ensure accurate documentation of all patient care services

Requirements:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse in British Columbia

• At least 2 years recent experience in renal nursing

• Strong skills in both verbal and written communication

• Ability to work effectively within a team environment

• Proficient in CPR and conflict resolution techniques
