Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly
Requirements:
• Registration with British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives
• Two years of relevant nursing experience with youth
• Certifications in Point of Care HIV Testing and Reproductive Health
• Knowledge of addiction intervention and harm reduction strategies
• Strong analytical and communication skills
