Your role as an RN or RPN involves collaborating with clients and their families to promote quality care and recovery strategies. You will assess and implement individualized treatment plans while fostering therapeutic relationships. Your contributions are vital to the well-being of clients within a focused, team-based approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and implement nursing care for diverse client needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on treatment plans
• Administer and monitor client medication and responses
• Maintain and document client care records accurately
• Support quality improvement initiatives in the unit
Requirements:
• Registration as an RN or RPN with BCCNM
• Minimum 240 hours of clinical experience in mental health
• Understanding of concurrent disorders and recovery models
• Ability to document care in compliance with standards
• Skills in crisis management and non-violent interventions
