This role at VCH requires a Nurse Practitioner registration with BCCNM and offers a chance to support trans and gender diverse clients seeking comprehensive medical care. You will deliver services in hormone readiness assessment and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostics
• Initiate treatment and prescribe medications as needed
• Collaborate with clients and health professionals for comprehensive care
• Participate in quality improvement and policy-making activities
• Conduct peer reviews for program evaluation
Requirements:
• Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with BCCNM
• Previous NP experience is an asset but not mandatory
• Strong pharmacology and communications skills
• Ability to implement evidence-based strategies
