Deliver field and infusion nursing services for Innomar Strategies, supporting medication administration, IV treatments, and patient education across Canada. This full-time role includes travel within designated areas.
As a Registered Practical Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, you will support Cencora’s patient and provider services. The work includes clinical documentation, care coordination, case progression, and communication with patients, physicians, and case managers. Services occur in homecare and specialty clinic settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer IM, SC, and IV medications as applicable
- Monitor IV infusion treatments in clinic and homecare settings
- Document and report post-treatment activities according to protocols
- Provide patient education individually or in groups
- Coordinate appointments and information with patients and care partners
- Minimum two years’ Registered Practical Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse experience
- Current provincial nursing registration and CPR certificate
- Experience in acute care, outpatient, or homecare settings
- IV therapy experience considered an asset
- Valid unrestricted driver’s license, insurance, and travel availability
