ISA Arborist/Climbing Arborist (Vancouver, North Shore, and Sea to Sky)

Location: Greater Vancouver + Sea to Sky (yards in Squamish/North Van/Burnaby)

• Pruning, removals, rigging, and technical tree work to high standards
• Work safely and efficiently with a team that communicates well
• Jobsite setup, hazard awareness, and professional cleanup
• Support plant health care and specialty scopes when needed
• Represent Silverback well; clients remember how you work

• Arboriculture experience (climbing + rigging preferred)
• ISA Certification (or in progress) is a strong asset
• Safety mindset: you don’t cut corners, ever
• Reliability, teamwork, and solid communication
• Driver's license (and ability to get to yard/jobsites)

• Full‑time, permanent employment
• Pay: $30 to $45 CAD/hour (based on certification level, climbing/rigging skill, and experience)
• Overtime available during peak season (as workload requires)
