Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction for Animal Kind operations
• Monitor and report on animal welfare trends
• Facilitate communication between departments and external parties
• Oversee hiring and mentoring of research staff
Requirements:
• Graduate-level education in related fields
• Minimum eight years of experience in animal welfare
• Familiarity with project budgeting and administration
• Strong leadership and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in public speaking and writing
