As a Groundsperson, you will be essential in job site setup and maintenance. You will receive training opportunities and gain insight into tree care practices. The position offers full-time, year-round employment with a focus on safety, teamwork, and skill advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide groundwork support for trimming operations
• Operate chainsaws and load brush into the chipper
• Assist crew leader in site setup and debris cleanup
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Rake and clear job sites for a tidy finish
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license for a 5-ton vehicle
• Willing to progress towards certified arborist status
• Capable of lifting and carrying 50 lbs
• Previous landscape or horticulture experience preferred
• Team-oriented with a strong willingness to learn
