This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with significant experience and strong leadership capabilities. You will mentor team members, coordinate daily operations, and ensure all tasks meet our high standards of quality. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead maintenance crew operations on-site
• Assist in daily planning and task delegation
• Train and oversee crew member performance
• Maintain gardens through pruning, planting, and care
• Organize tools and equipment for efficiency
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of landscape maintenance experience
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Valid BC Class 5 driver's licence
• Ability to operate various powered tools safely
