At Riparia Environmental, we believe people are at the heart of meaningful environmental work.

Every day, our teams help restore habitats, manage natural resources, support environmental compliance, and improve the health of the communities and ecosystems we serve. Whether you’re working in the field, supporting operations, or contributing specialized expertise, your work helps create lasting environmental impact.

Riparia Environmental, a subsidiary of Mac Kay, is seeking an Environmental Monitoring Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outside and alongside a team while contributing to the improvement of habitats and ecosystems.

Our Environmental Monitoring Technicians help our restoration team answer questions like:
Are the plants we installed surviving? Are native species becoming established? Are invasive species returning? Is the habitat improving? Is erosion occurring? And are we meeting the project’s restoration goals? This is an essential role where individuals get to proactively contribute to the success of ongoing restoration efforts.

At Riparia, we strive to empower people, create solutions, and enhance communities. This means attracting and empowering a workforce that is collaborative, innovative, and committed to personal growth. All are encouraged to apply, even those who believe they do not meet every single one of the qualifications.
