Xenon Pharmaceuticals is looking for a Senior Manager for its Data Management team based in Vancouver, BC. You will spearhead data management activities for products and clinical trials across all phases of development. Candidates should have a strong background in data management, particularly within the biotech or pharmaceutical settings, as well as experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities- Design clinical trial databases per regulatory requirements
- Oversee external vendors, ensuring performance and budget adherence
- Optimize data collection by reviewing protocols and standards
- Assist in creating SDTM datasets and managing vendors
- Maintain knowledge of regulations and competitive trends
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
Master’s preferred - Minimum 5 years of management experience in pharma/biotech
- Strong familiarity with clinical trial processes and data management
- Proven experience with database design and validation
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Lead data management initiatives and enhance clinical development efforts at Xenon Pharmaceuticals in Vancouver.
