In this influential role, you will ensure all food and beverage services meet the highest safety standards and compliance requirements. Collaborating closely with both Culinary and Concessions, you will oversee inspections, coach staff, and implement best practices to ensure a premium food experience for guests. Your leadership will be key in driving a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor compliance with food safety standards
• Conduct routine inspections in all operational areas
• Maintain accurate temperature logs and allergen controls
• Address and follow up on non-compliance issues
• Evaluate and support food presentation and quality
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in food service or quality assurance
• Must obtain Food Safe Level 2 certification
• Understanding of HACCP and food safety regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Capacity to work in dynamic settings
