Position: Dometic Marine Quality Director Position
Become the Director of Quality at Dometic Marine in Vancouver, BC, where you will spearhead quality enhancements and system improvements in the mobile living industry. Leverage your experience in engineering and customer-focused quality management.

In this pivotal role, you will report to the General Manager and drive the implementation of an integrated Quality Management System r leadership will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational discipline, and quality culture across the organization. Engage with stakeholders to ensure compliance with ISO standards and to elevate product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop organization-wide quality improvement strategies

• Ensure continuous assessment of Quality Management Systems

• Maintain open communication regarding customer requirements

• Lead cross-functional teams in quality initiatives

• Foster team development and accountability within the Quality department

Requirements:

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline

• At least 8 years of related experience in a manufacturing context

• 4 years of management experience in quality roles

• Knowledge of quality standards, ISO certification experience

• Proficient with quality methodologies including Lean and Six Sigma
