Position: QA Lead at Teifi - Strategic Role
Elevate quality assurance at Teifi as a QA Lead, driving methodologies and standards across all projects. This strategic and hands-on role requires deep collaboration with cross-functional teams.

In this senior QA role, you will own the QA function and develop frameworks that ensure consistent delivery quality. You'll partner with QA Analysts, Engineering Leads, and Project Managers to embed quality from discovery to post-launch. Your leadership will be vital in establishing best practices and enhancing team capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement Teifi's QA methodology across all delivery pods

• Establish test strategies tailored for diverse projects

• Drive risk-based testing to prioritize impactful areas

• Own test environment strategy and standards

• Build reusable test frameworks for QA Analysts

Requirements:

• 5+ years in QA, 2+ years in a lead role

• Experience in e-commerce or agency environments

• Proven capability in defining QA processes

• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

• Familiar with defect tracking tools like Jira
