Worley is hiring a Project Quality Manager to join our team in Vancouver, BC. This role is pivotal in managing project quality and ensuring compliance with corporate standards and client specifications. You’ll lead initiatives for operational excellence and continuous improvement while fostering relationships with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary Quality contact for project delivery
• Cultivate relationships with client and project management teams
• Monitor compliance with company and legislative quality standards
• Facilitate risk workshops and quality discussions
• Provide timely quality assurance updates to relevant parties
Requirements:
• Substantial experience in the EPC sector
• Proven history in Project Quality Management
• Understanding ISO 9001 standards and procedures
• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership abilities
• Certification in Project Management preferred
