Intern in Quality Assurance - Organika

Join Organika as a Quality Intern in Vancouver, BC, to gain hands-on experience in quality assurance within the natural health sector. This role involves in-depth product formulation and compliance assessment.

We are seeking a detail-oriented intern to assist our Quality team by creating and updating product specifications while ensuring alignment with regulatory standards. You will review existing specifications for inconsistencies and work collaboratively with the Quality, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to enhance technical accuracy. This full-time, in-office internship lasts approximately four months with possible extensions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create specifications integrating formulation and testing data

• Identify gaps in existing specifications and standardize processes

• Collaborate across departments for accurate technical data

• Manage documentation for quality control purposes

• Support projects aimed at improving compliance workflows

Requirements:

• Enrolled in Food Science, Biotechnology, or related fields

• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Capability to analyze and communicate technical concepts

• Interest in quality systems and continuous improvement
