Lead QA​/QC Inspector

Position: Lead QA/QC Inspector Role
Take charge as a Lead QA/QC Inspector located in Vancouver, BC, with Black & McDonald. You'll be integral in promoting top-notch quality assurance processes in diverse project environments.

This position will leverage your experience in quality management to develop policies and achieve zero defects through continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborating with project teams, you'll provide essential oversight to ensure compliance with both client and internal quality standards.

Your role will also involve hands-on training and identifying enhancements to current quality protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide QA and QC activities in line with standards

• Monitor compliance and address any quality deviations

• Collaborate with leadership to improve quality management systems

• Prepare documentation for regulatory compliance and quality procedures

• Assist with training staff on quality control measures

Requirements:

• Degree in relevant engineering or construction field

• 5-7 years of experience in QA/QC roles

• Proficient in ISO 9001 and safety protocols

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

• Experience with quality documentation and reporting
