This role supports the Canadian assurance quality network and plays a central role in driving the execution and continuous improvement of quality monitoring and risk management initiatives across the assurance practice. It is more than a coordination role — it is an opportunity to act as a program operator and catalyst, bringing structure, discipline, and forward momentum to the firm’s most critical quality initiatives.

• Act as the central point of contact for the group to ensure that quality controls, initiatives and monitoring programs are executed efficiently and productively.
• Co‑lead, coordinate and participate in team meetings with active follow up on action items by tracking progress against deadlines and regular follow up/contact with group members.
• Support the execution of firm‑level quality controls and monitoring activities by preparing program summaries, executing key controls and coordinating control execution across the assurance practice, including tax, consulting and valuation service line members that support assurance quality.
• Proactively track and report quality control and monitoring activities and related results.
• Key facilitator of communication among team members and integrate information into a central knowledge repository.
• Provide various administrative support for new and ongoing quality and monitoring initiatives.
